Q: What are your hours?​​

A: Meat Wagon BBQ is not a restaurant with regular operating hours HOWEVER - Mike is available for pickup orders from our Farmers Market Menu (frozen items only) most anytime during the workweek. Just give him a call, tell him what you're looking for, and come get it! We keep our freezer fully stocked at all times. 

Q: Where can I find you? 

A: Meat Wagon BBQ has trailers at multiple Farmers Markets around town every week, just check our calendar to see when a Meat Wagon BBQ rig will be near you. 

Q: How many rigs do you have?

A: We currently operate out of 3 different rigs. We have a Red Wagon, our main and longest rig, a Blue Wagon, and a BBQ Bus!

Q: Do you cater?

A: Yes! We have evening and weekend availability for catering year round. We offer pick up, drop off, and full service catering for parties, weddings, corporate events and more. During the week, Mike works his "real job" (as BBQ is his hobby and passion), so availability is limited to pick up and drop off during working hours.

Q: Will you bring your rig to my event?

A: Yes! We can serve hot food out of our Red Wagon and BBQ Bus just like any other food truck. We will be happy to come serve your evening or weekend event. We have done neighborhood food truck nights, music festivals, charity events, and more.
